City of Kirkland

Rock’s team of project managers, construction managers, and project controls personnel managed a variety of public projects including transportation, water and sewer utilities, surface water management, and city parks projects. Under a separate contract, Rock was hired by the City to assess and make recommendations and provide training to City employees to improve the City’s capital projects program.  Most of all the recommendations have been incorporated into the City’s capital program management plan.
