About Rock
Rock Project Management Services is a local, family-owned firm based in Renton, Washington. We work with public agencies, private owners, and nonprofits on capital projects and facilities programs.
Our planners, project managers, construction managers, and inspectors support owners from facility assessments and funding applications through design, construction, and closeout. We can lead a project or work alongside an owner's staff on a defined assignment.
Our work includes school modernization, health care facilities, airport and seaport infrastructure, and municipal buildings. President Bernie O'Donnell leads the firm, with Lisa Couret overseeing business operations.
