Rock supported Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. and its regional partners with grant administration for the Coastal Counties Recompete Initiative. The work included preparing the application narrative and supporting materials, coordinating letters of support, and submitting the federal grant application. Rock was also selected to support strategic planning with regional stakeholders in Grays Harbor and Pacific counties, focused on workforce development, employment opportunities and support services.
