Céline LaVigne

Project Manager

Céline is a Project Manager with nine years of experience leading construction and capital projects in the public and private sectors. Her work at Rock includes facility upgrades, capital improvements, and public works for local cities and government agencies.

Before joining Rock, she managed multimillion-dollar commercial, tenant improvement, and capital projects at CBRE for financial services, technology, and other real estate clients. Her background also includes permitting at Waterfront Construction and research consulting for the City of Seattle’s Office of Planning and Community Development.

She holds a Project Management Certificate and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
