Josh Arlt has over 10 years of experience working in the electric utility field for Seattle City Light and Avista Utilities. During his time there, his work consisted of new developments both residential and commercial, along with grid maintenance and replacement. Earlier in life, Josh attended Universal Technical Institute and received his degree in Autobody Collision and Refinishing and worked for a Collision repair company in Bellevue.

Outside his professional life, Josh enjoys the outdoors, fishing, attending concerts, comedy shows, and sporting events. Time spent with his wife and 3 children, as well as his friends is one of his favorite ways to spend free time.
