Josh Arlt has over 13 years of experience managing public infrastructure and facilities projects throughout Washington. Prior to Rock, Josh worked in the electric utility field for Seattle City Light, and Avista Utilities in Spokane. Josh’s experience includes public projects of all types.  His experience and certifications give him a broad perspective representing clients on construction sites. Outside his professional life, Josh enjoys fishing, attending concerts, comedy shows, and sporting events. Time spent with his wife and 3 children, as well as his friends is one of his favorite ways to spend free time.
