Rock provided project management services to develop a comprehensive multi-year capital facilities plan for the City’s publicly owned facilities and associated properties, including all city parks, and vacant properties, and alternative sites for future fire stations and a police station. Services included an assessment of all  existing facilities, development of a preventative maintenance plan and budget for each facility, and a prioritized capital facilities plan over a six-year period.  Rock’s team also compiled funding plans for all future capital projects for the City.
