Federal Way Community Center

Rock provides project management, construction management, facilities condition assessments, and grants administration services to the City of Federal Way’s Parks Department.  Rock is providing project management and construction management on the City’s community center facility to upgrade high-use locker facilities, restrooms, shower facilities, and sauna/steam rooms.  The high-profile project includes community outreach and funding support services to the City.  Rock is also providing a full condition assessment of all building systems and assisting with grant applications for the City’s future parks projects.
