SeaTac Airport

Rock provides Construction Management Services to the Port of Seattle on a variety of projects located at SeaTac International Airport.  Rock’s construction management projects include electrical infrastructure upgrades to the airport’s main terminal, modernization of the airport’s parking structure’s twenty-seven elevators, and other projects based on an IDIQ contracting method.  Specific services include providing resident engineering staff to oversee the construction phase of projects, providing cost estimating and cost control services, inspections, and project assistants in a support role.
