Smokey Point Community Park

Rock provided full-service project management and design services to the City of Arlington for the development of a new community park in the Smokey Point neighborhood.  Rock also provided construction management services during the construction phase of the new park.  The project included development of vacant land to create an inclusive neighborhood park with a large formal plaza, passive open spaces, play areas, picnic areas, and a central main stage for community events.
