LOTT Clean Water Alliance

LOTT (Lacey-Olympia-Tumwater-Thurston County) Clean Water Alliance is a non-profit organization that strives to preserve and protect public health and the environment by cleaning and restoring water resources for their communities. Rock was contacted to develop a comprehensive Capital Projects Public Procurement Methods Manual for the nonprofit organization.  The manual is tailored to LOTT Clean Water Alliance’s (LOTT) project types for use by LOTT decision makers when selecting a preferred contracting method for capital projects procurement.  RPM offers training to project management staff on public works alternative contracting in the State of Washington, ensuring proper use of contracting methods, and evaluating most cost-effective, and efficient options to minimize project risks and maximize opportunities for project success.
