City of Westport

Rock provided project management, estimating, and facilities planning for the City.  Work included the development of an extensive 6-year capital facilities plan for all City-owned facilities and associated properties.  Rock provided condition assessments of all City facilities, and developed preventative maintenance budgets, schedules, and capital plans including detailed estimates.  Rock provided funding recommendations to the City for all future capital projects.
