Grays Harbor County

Rock provided a 6-year, and 20-year capital facilities plan for the County’s extensive portfolio of public facilities, properties, parks, and utility infrastructure over an 18-month period.  Work included a comprehensive assessment of all assets, development of preventative maintenance schedules and budgets, and capital project plans for each facility.  Facilities included public safety, administration, public works, utilities, waste water, water, sanitary sewer, storm systems, and the County’s remote microwave tower sites.  Rock’s team also evaluated the County’s parks and extensive number of County fairgrounds facilities and infrastructure, as part of our development of long-term capital plans.
