Alderwood Water & Wastewater

Rock provided Capital Facilities Planning, Project Management, Construction Management, and Facilities Management services to Alderwood Water & Wastewater District for their commercially owned facilities in Lynnwood, WA.  The District owns several properties and commercial/retail businesses.  Rock’s team of project managers, construction managers, and facilities managers provided capital facilities assessments, and prepared operation and maintenance plans, and capital plans for the AWWD-owned properties and facilities, and oversaw the day-to-day management of retail/commercial tenants over a two-year period.
