Greater Grays Harbor Inc.

Rock provides program leadership and coordination services to Greater Grays Harbor Inc, a regional non-profit economic development organization located in Aberdeen, WA.  Rock is developing a comprehensive strategic development program for the Grays Harbor County and Pacific County regions to reduce their high prime age (25-54 years of age) unemployment crisis where a high percentage of the population has essentially stopped looking for work altogether.  The Strategic Development Program is funded by the U.S. Economic Development Agency.  Rock’s team is playing a leading role in collaborating with public and private sector organizations and businesses, bringing teams together to re-engage the prime-age population in the workforce.  Through strategic “wrap-around” support services, workforce training programs, and collaboration with major regional employers, Rock’s goal is to make a lasting positive difference by reducing the high prime age unemployment crisis and creating family-wage jobs.
