Satsop School District
Tiffany Osgood, Superintendent, and Dawn Siemiller, District Business Manager, serve as key representatives of Satsop School District throughout the modernization project. Together, they are actively shaping the vision to reflect the needs of both students and staff. By maintaining open lines of communication within the school and regularly engaging with the project team, Tiffany and Dawn ensure that school priorities remain at the forefront of every decision. Their leadership is helping bridge day-to-day district operations with long-term project goals.
Project Manager
Rock Project Management Services
Rock Project Management Services serves as the owner’s representative for the project. Led by Principal-in-Charge Bernie O’Donnell, the team includes Project Manager Adam Wilson, Construction Managers Rod Fredrickson and Steve Sawyer, Grants Administrator Kristen Bryant, and Project Assistant Jamie O’Donnell. Acting in the best interest of the District, Rock's team works closely with school leadership to ensure the project reflects Satsop’s vision and values. Rock is committed to clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and delivering a successful project that supports the Satsop community.
Architect
Bassetti Architechts
Bassetti Architects is the architectural firm leading the design of the Satsop School Modernization Project. Guided by Principal Caroline Lemay, Senior Project Manager Megan Meyers, Project Architect Brittney Denning, and Designer II Adrian Evans, the Bassetti team is working closely with the District to bring the school’s vision to life. Through thoughtful planning, collaborative engagement, and a deep understanding of educational environments, Bassetti is helping create a modernized facility that supports student success and reflects the values of the Satsop community.
Contractor
Christiansen General Contractors
Christiansen General Contractors is the construction team bringing the Satsop School Modernization Project to life. As the boots on the ground, they are responsible for implementing the planned improvements and upgrades throughout the campus. Led by Joe Presto III, Christiansen is working closely with the District and project partners to ensure construction is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the community’s vision. Their hands-on role is critical to transforming plans into reality for Satsop students and staff.
