Assess the school and plan improvements
Rock completed the OSPI-required Building Condition Assessment and initial space planning. The planning work addressed accessibility, restrooms, mechanical systems, the gym and kitchen, parking, and drainage.
Support the funding application
Rock helped develop cost estimates and prepare grant applications. The district received a $6 million state Small District Modernization award in May 2024.
Manage the modernization
Rock leads program, project, and construction management with district leadership, staff, families, design partners, and the state. The work combines campus improvements with preservation of the 1902 schoolhouse.
